Ripon and District CAB is an
independent charity, affiliated to the National
Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux.
Our manager is Linda Marsden. We serve the towns and villages of Ripon, Boroughbridge, Masham and

We give free, confidential,
impartial and independent advice and information to any member of the public.
We advise on a full range of legal issues, including benefits, debt, consumer
issues, housing, employment, the legal system, tax, immigration and family law.
We are staffed almost
entirely by dedicated, skilled volunteers. We are open to all for assessment
interviews three days a week, including an evening slot on Thursdays, and we offer
follow-up appointments at other times.
Our bureau is
wheelchair-accessible and we have a parking space for people with mobility
problems.
If you are not able to come
to the bureau we can arrange to visit you at
home.
